1. Overview

This website, wearedryden.com, is operated by We Are Dryden (“Dryden”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and hosted by Shopify. By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Products and health information

Dryden sells reusable, washable leak-proof boxer briefs for men. Content on this site, including information about bladder leaks and recovery after prostate surgery, is general information only and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always follow the advice of your doctor or surgeon. Absorbency figures (such as “holds up to 200 mL”) are based on product testing and can vary with fit, use and washing.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Bundle offers (such as “Buy 4, get 1 free”) are applied automatically at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or stock issue; if we do, we refund you in full. Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We never see or store your full card details. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

7. Accuracy of information

We work hard to keep product information, images and prices accurate. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. If we find an error, we’ll correct it and, where needed, contact you about affected orders.

8. Reviews and content you send us

When you send us a review, photo, message or other content, you confirm it is truthful and that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use reviews you submit on our website and in our marketing, without your full name unless you agree.

9. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to scrape or copy its content, or to submit false information.

10. Intellectual property

The Dryden name, logo, product designs, images and text on this site belong to Dryden or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

Payments, shipping and some site features are provided by third parties such as Shopify and our payment and shipping partners, under their own terms. We’re not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
