What level of leaks is this for?

Light to moderate leaks: drips, dribbles and small gushes, up to 200 mL. On heavier days, or in the first weeks after surgery, slip a guard into the inner pouch for extra protection.

How long does delivery take?

Orders arrive in 5–8 days, in a plain, unmarked box. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Will it feel bulky or like a diaper?

No. It’s a real cotton boxer brief with a slim absorbent zone built in. No crinkle, no plastic feel, and nothing shows under your trousers.

Can I wear it with a pad or guard?

Yes. The inner front pouch holds a guard in place so it can’t shift. Dryden catches anything the guard misses.

Can I wear it at night?

Yes, for light leaks. In the first weeks after surgery, many men add a guard at night, or use a disposable pull-up until leaks are lighter.

How do I wash and dry it?

Machine wash warm (up to 40°C / 104°F) with your regular laundry. Skip the fabric softener, then tumble dry low or line dry. Made for 100+ washes.
