Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered in 5–8 days from the date of your order. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or public holidays.

The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Secure, discreet packaging

Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box. There is no product name or description on the outside of the box or on the shipping label. Your bank statement shows a neutral merchant name.

Processing

Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away, then a shipping confirmation with tracking.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping email, sign in to your account, or visit our Track my order page.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived 8 days after your order, or your tracking says “delivered” but you can’t find it, check with neighbours and around your door first, then contact us through our contact page with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, reship your order or refund you.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible: we can update the address as long as the order hasn’t shipped. We can’t be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address, but we’ll always do our best to help.
