Which pairs can I return?
Unworn pairs, within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, worn underwear can’t be returned.
Can I exchange for another size?
Yes. Tell us the size you need when you contact us and we’ll help you swap your unworn pairs.
How will I get my money back?
We refund your original payment method as soon as your pairs arrive. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
